سبب ورود الحديث وعلاقته بالسبب والعلة عند الأصوليين: دراسة ‏تطبيقية

      The reason for the occurrence of hadith is akin to the reason for the revelation of the Qur’an in understanding its ambiguous verses. Therefore, it holds paramount importance in understanding hadith in general, and particularly in understanding ambiguous Hadith, as it is a way to grasp the circumstances surrounding the hadith. From this perspective, the research seeks to shed light on the concept of the reason for the occurrence of hadith, and its relation to the principle of considering the generality of the wording rather than the specificity of the reason. Additionally, its relation to the cause and reason according to the Usuliyyun is another important point to discuss. To achieve these objectives, the researcher employed both analytical and applied methods. The findings show that there is a difference between the reason for the occurrence of hadith and the reason for the mention of hadith, and that the consideration is given to the generality of the wording, not the specificity of the cause, unless the context indicates a specification, and that there are points of disagreement and points of agreement between the cause of the hadith's occurrence and the cause and reason according the Usuliyyun. This research has contributed to Science of Hadith by clarifying the difference between the reason for the occurrence of hadith and the reason for mentioning hadith, as failure to distinguish between them may lead to confusion between what the companion erred in when interpreting the hadith and the reason for the narration of the hadith.
